Learning design is where my two worlds collide — the storyteller and the strategist. I've facilitated experiences for intimate groups and audiences of several hundred, designed self-guided digital training for global rollouts, and built programs from scratch that blend adult learning principles with the kind of narrative craft that makes people actually pay attention.

My approach is simple: meet people where they are, connect the content to something that matters to them, and make the experience worth showing up for. Below you'll find a sample of that work — from presentation design and self-guided training to learning videos and job aids. Some media has been recreated or anonymized due to NDAs. All other examples are shared with permission.
