Learning Design — Gabe Templin

I’ve been fortunate to have experience as a facilitator to small groups (a couple of people) all the way up to large groups (several hundred). The content has been varied, sometimes being provided by my employer other times I’ve been able to develop the materials. In addition to creating, developing and delivering training content, I’ve also been able to work on some online self-guided training. I believe there is a lot of space to try new ways to connect learners with training. My background in theatre drives me to collaborate, explore new options, and try to incorporate storytelling whenever is appropriate. This could be through video production, podcast style audio content, or graphic content to support text. Below you will find examples of some of that work.
